Sean Hooper and Emma Skilton have formed Truro School of Samba with the aim of welcoming people from all parts of the community to participate in drumming and dance workshops as well as performances in and around Truro.

The traditional style of percussion and dance of Brazil's Rio carnival inspire this increasingly popular form of drumming and dance.

One of the great attractions of samba is that it is a truly inclusive art form. Currently our youngest drummer is 8 years of age and our oldest dancer 89.
